Individual Therapy
Individual sessions are 45-60 minutes in length and focus on processing life events, improving insight and developing coping skills to meet treatment goals.
Family Therapy
Family sessions are 60 minutes in length and focus on identifying strengths and barriers that affect relationships, processing related thougts and feelings, and developing insight and skills necessary to create healthier family dynamics.
Group Therapy
Group sessions are 60 minutes in length and focus on specific shared areas of treatment. Group formats provide psycho-education, processing and support for healthy change/growth in each member’s personal life.
